ZF Aftermarket Field Work, Customer Trainings Go Virtual

ZF Aftermarket Field Work, Customer Trainings Go Virtual

Over 10,000 technicians reached in the last 6 weeks.

The changed environment has required businesses to adapt their everyday norms and ZF Aftermarket has gone virtual in order to continue being the partner and resource needed for technicians and customers. Resources and “face-to-face” communication are still available from ZF Aftermarket through online tools.

The ZF Aftermarket Technical Training team can normally be found on the road visiting repair shops across the nation and hosting training sessions. With the current situation, they’re at home – but still using the available tools to stay in the shop. With the use of webinars and live chats through social media, the ZF Aftermarket Technical Training team continues to bring training to the streets daily. In the past six weeks, they have reached more than 10,000 technicians and hosted more than 60 webinars for shops of all sizes.

In addition, ZF Aftermarket wants to ensure that technicians have resources available at their fingertips when needed. To help with this need, the online membership, ZF [pro]Tech, has been made available at no charge for the months of April and May. With recorded webinars, access to additional training videos and technical training workbook accompaniments, technicians will have a wide range of technical know-how, from the pros, available when needed. Technicians and instructors in the US and Canada can apply for access here.

ZF Aftermarket Technical Training department’s mission is to provide in depth knowledge of automotive technology to students, technicians, and industry professionals. By implementing customized and engaging programs, technicians become prepared to diagnose, repair and service products in the industry.

Repair shops who are interested in receiving a personalized technical training on the topic of their choice can submit a request to [email protected] or reach out to their local ZF Aftermarket sales representative.
