NASCAR Driver Justin Allgaier Joins Federated Auto Parts Racing Team

NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Justin Allgaier will join the Federated Auto Parts racing team for the 2015 season, according to J.R. Bishop, director of motorsports and event marketing for Federated.

“We are thrilled to have Justin be a part of our Federated motorsports program this year,” said Bishop. “Justin is one of the top young drivers in NASCAR and we are fortunate to have him on our team. We are looking forward to him driving a Federated dirt track car and participating in our hospitality events. I know our members and customers will enjoy having Justin representing Federated.”

A former ARCA season champion and NASCAR Nationwide series rookie of the year, Allgaier finished 29th last season in the NASCAR Sprint Cup standings. Federated will sponsor Allgaier’s dirt track team this season, beginning with the DIRTcar Nationals in Florida, Feb. 10-21. In addition, Allgaier will participate in the annual Federated Car Care “Get Dirty with Kenny” promotion and make personal appearances at select Federated hospitality events.

“In celebration of Justin joining the Federated racing family, we will be giving away some special autographed merchandise on Facebook in the coming weeks, signed by Justin and Kenny Schrader, too,” said Bishop. “We have some fun things planned on Facebook this year, so race fans should make sure they are following Federated on Facebook.”
