The race to enter the “Big Race Weekend” sweepstakes has ended, and Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper are once again reporting a record number of entries.

With more than 275,000 total entries, the Big Race Weekend smashed previous Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper sweepstakes records. Thirty grand-prize guests will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in May 2020 for a weekend to remember.

“We’re thrilled to see such high entry levels for what is sure to be one of our most exhilarating grand prize trips yet,” said J.C. Washbish, vice president of sales and marketing for the Alliance. “It’s a privilege to spend time with these lucky winners, as we look forward to hitting the racetrack next spring.”

The 15 grand-prize winners and their guests can expect a selection of racing-themed group activities, a tour of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, exclusive meals and receptions, CARB Day Track Access and an unrivaled race day experience.

“Our customers are thrilled to be named as grand-prize winners in the latest Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper sweepstakes,” said Brad Edwardson, vice president of business development for Arnold Motor Supply. “A trip like this doesn’t come along every day, and it’s sure to be a first-class experience that our customers will remember for years to come.”

An additional 500 winners get to cash in their winnings even sooner. Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper also are giving away more than $75,000 in gift-card prizes to one winner for every mile of the Indianapolis race. That’s more money than ever previously distributed in an Auto Value or Bumper to Bumper sweepstakes event.

The first round of winners was randomly selected on Oct. 1, and the second set was drawn on Nov. 1. The remaining entrants will be announced Dec. 16. Technicians were entered into the sweepstakes with every $150 invoice from their Auto Value or Bumper to Bumper parts supplier between the months of September and November. MyPlace4Parts users were entered automatically.

Manual entries for orders placed during the promotional period will be accepted through Dec. 15.
