“While our AAPEX reception is time to celebrate and say thank you to our members and suppliers, it is also time to remind everyone that there is still plenty of work to do to collect toys and donations for Toys for Tots,” said Bishop. “It was very gratifying to receive special recognition from this great organization for the hard work and generosity of Federated members and supplier partners. Together, I know they will once again make this holiday season brighter for those less fortunate.”

Flanked by several U.S. Marines, Adamson presented a special award to Bishop in recognition of Federated’s support of the Toys for Tots mission during the Nov. 4 reception. Adamson also was on-hand throughout AAPEX to share information about Toys for Tots with attendees, as well as collect donations for the worthy organization. The United States Marine 2nd Battalion 23rd Marine color guard participated in AAPEX opening ceremony festivities.

This holiday season, participating Federated Auto Parts stores are collecting toys and donations for Toys for Tots.

Financial contributions also can be made online directly to Toys for Tots by visiting www.federatedautoparts.com/ToysforTots.aspx and clicking on “Make a Donation.” Donors can use a credit card securely or print out a form and mail it with a check made out to Toys for Tots.
