Vince Poscente to Keynote ‘The Group’ Member Conference

With a theme of “Meeting the Challenge,” this year’s meeting is set for April 25-28 in Grapevine, Texas.

Nationally renowned speaker Vince Poscente will serve as the keynote speaker at the annual Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) membership conference and expo. With a theme of “Meeting the Challenge,” the in-person event will be held April 25-28 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.

“We are looking forward to hearing Vince Poscente speak at our annual member meeting and share his thoughts on resiliency and overcoming challenges. I know our members will find his remarks enlightening, entertaining and thought-provoking,” said Larry Pavey, CEO of The Group. “We also have several informative panels planned as well as an industry update and one-on-one sessions held between members of The Group and supplier partners. This promises to be our best meeting yet.”

In addition to one-on-one sessions, members and suppliers also will have the chance to interact at the vendor expo. More than 150 exhibitors are scheduled to exhibit, and the Garage Gurus Rig and The Group Training Academy Prius also will be on-site. Other highlights include informative breakout sessions, the awards luncheon, a wine and lunch tour and the always popular Toys for Tots charity golf outing at the Cowboys Golf Club.

Poscente, one of the most in-demand speakers today, is an expert on resiliency, the ability to overcome challenges and bounce back even stronger than ever before. His client list includes top organizations with one thing in common: they understand that success is not just about reaching your goals and getting what you want. Poscente is a New York Times bestselling author, hall of fame speaker and award-winning business owner.

“We are looking forward to having the members from AutoPride, Federated, Parts Plus and Pronto together for the first time,” said Pavey. “This will be the largest gathering of aftermarket companies and suppliers in our history, and we know the meeting will be beneficial for all who attend and participate.”
