2015 SEMA Memorial Scholarship Winners Announced

The SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund awarded $150,000 to 58 individuals this year. This includes 45 SEMA scholarships presented to current students, and 13 loan-forgiveness awards presented to employees of SEMA-member companies.

The Car Care Council Women’s Board announces the recipients of its 2015 scholarships for high school and secondary students in the automotive aftermarket. This year, the Women’s Board gave a record $28,000 in scholarships.

2014 Is Record-Setting Year For Industry-Sponsored Scholarships

The Class of 2014 set a new record in the scholarships awarded through the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) scholarships, University of the Aftermarket (UAF) scholarships and collaborating organizations at the automotivescholarships.com website: 295 awards for a total of $320,050. The previous record set in 2013 was 250 awards for $264,050. This year’s recipients include 241 U.S. students and seven Canadian students.

The Fall 2013 General Meeting of the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) was held during the AAPEX/SEMA trade shows in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013.
