MACS Worldwide Section 609 Technician Training Program, Updated For R-1234yf, Approved By U.S. EPA

The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide will roll out a new Refrigerant Recovery and Recycling Technician Certification Training Program on Jan. 1, 2015. MACS will initiate proctored training, self-study training and online training simultaneously on that date.

What’s On The Horizon For The Mobile A/C Industry?

A key program of interest during the 2015 MACS Training Event and Trade Show will be a luncheon presentation on Saturday, Feb. 7 with MACS technical adviser Ward Atkinson, who will explore the potential impact of multiple refrigerants and new regulations on the mobile A/C vehicle manufacturer and service industry, and ask the question, “Will history repeat itself?”
