Do you have an employee who needs to better understand the motor vehicle aftermarket, its key players, trends, channels of distribution and customers? The University of the Aftermarket is holding its next “Aftermarket 101” on Oct. 17-18 in Southfield, Michigan.
The program is specifically designed to help employees better understand how the industry is structured and operates. Participants will hear from each level of the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution, service dealer) and also will learn about industry trends from aftermarket experts. There also will be a field trip to visit a traditional warehouse distributor (transportation is provided).
The class will be held at the OESA Michigan Office at 25925 Telegraph Rd., Southfield, Michigan. The program begins at 9 a.m. on Oct. 17 and concludes at noon on Oct. 18.
