Gardner’s speech will discuss automotive education for the coming era. “The integrity of our profession hangs on passing the baton of knowledge and ethics to future generations. In order to fill the global need of technicians, we are called to bridge the gap between aspiring technicians and current successful businesses. We must be intentional about passing on professionalism and ethics on both fronts incorporating attitude, communication, etiquette, diversity, honesty, pride in workmanship and more.
